Introduction

Recently we got a project to develop adsense niche websites for a client. Basically the client seems to have thousands of domains lying around in his account which has been purchased but aren't being actively used. I presume the investment in that many domains was/is done just like what people do by purchasing lands here and there when they have some cash lying around. There isn't much difference between investing in lands and investing in domains except that domains have to be renewed every year but such is not the case with lands. Anyway the client is ready to pay us $50 per site developed and most of the sites are supposed to be mini-niches with the cityname+keyword combo domain name. We will be listing up our efforts for the same and the results the client got with the niches being developed. I think if we can make the sites so that they earn atleast the price being paid for domain name, then the client is definitely going to save some good amount of money in domain renewal since the domains will be paying for themselve but we aren't going to stop there. We will try to make sure that some domains generate much more returns so that we can continue to build more adsense niches for the client.
